Aging In Place Program

Scope includes, but is not limited to: accessibility improvements, mobility modifications, weatherization enhancements and critical home repairs. Applicable city, state, and federal regulations such as, but not limited to, Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109, and E.O.11246 are required. Bids sought for labor and materials on: roofer, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall, general home improvements and gutters. Quotes include hourly/per foot price and must include copies of Contractor’s license and Certificates of Workman’s Comp./General Liability insurance. Sub-contractors must adhere to HUD/Section 3 guidelines of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, as amended, 12 US 1701u and be able to document compliance.

Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC).
Division 26 -	Electrical.
