N--Replace Lighting on North Rim, Grand Canyon Np

The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, equipment and vehicles, tools, labor, transportation, lodging, and miscellaneous items to install light fixtures on the exteriors of approximately 60 buildings. The Government will provide fixtures and the specific for which type of fixture is to be used at each location. Contractor will be responsible for removal of existing fixtures and the disposal of those items off site. The new fixtures are to be installed according to manufacturer’s instructions. Additional alterations and materials will be required to connect new fixtures to existing conduit and/or junction boxes and to mount the fixtures to existing features, such as log beams and existing poles to be retained. Contractor to provide any additional parts or materials needed to make proper connections to existing buildings; any new materials shall be painted to match new lighting hardware. Provide any adjustments or materials to ensure that new fixtures hang plumb. Clean off any debris behind existing fixtures prior to mounting new fixtures. Contractor will be responsible for any carpentry, painting, electric tubing installation, and cosmetic work associated with fixture installation.
