Clear Lake Park Improvements In general, Work consists of renovations to the Beach House including restroom upgrades; lighting upgrades; new thin brick veneer; removal of skylights; and new asphalt shingle roofing system. The project also consists of renovations to Johnson Pavilion including removal and replacement of the entire concrete floor slab; removal and reconstruction of the restrooms; removal and reconstruction of the Storage Room; sandblasting and painting of the entire structural framing system; and new prefinished metal roof panels and fascia.
