The City of Cheyenne will receive sealed bids for furnishing a City Network Operations Core Layer 3 Switch Replacement, FOB destination City of Cheyenne Municipal Building, 2101 O Neil Ave, Cheyenne, WY, in accordance with the attached specifications. The City reserves the right to evaluate variations from the specifications and to award the bid that best meets its needs at the least cost. The City reserves the right to reject the item(s) delivered, if the item does not meet the specifications provided by the City and the item(s) can't be fixed. The City will not accept the item(s), and the bidder will forfeit their bid bond.
