| Description | The purpose of this project is to renovate the existing building at 100 Carleton Avenue, East Islip for the use of Exchange Ambulance of the Islips and the Town of Islip, including comprehensive interior renovations, new utilities, MEP system and site improvements. The project shall include removal of existing buried piping, interior piping, valves and mechanical equipment as shown on the contract drawings. Installation of new natural gas meter, piping and valves, interior catch basins, supply water, fixtures, waste and vent lines, buried site piping, valves, penetration sleeves, fire suppression system and water and fire service lines. |
