| Description | Replace the existing flooring in the general cell block area of the Police Department. The flooring currently consists of approximately 2100 square feet of vinyl composition tile (VCT) and broadloom carpet, most of which is original to the building’s 1991 construction (one area had the VCT replaced approximately 5 years ago). The scope of work is to remove the existing VCT, carpet, and cove base in the identified areas, clean and properly prepare the surfaces to the manufacturer’s. |
