Description	There are (4) structures on the site: the carwash, the POS canopy, the vacuum canopy and the vacuum/vending building. Site is an open grass lot. Building is CMU, steel columns, steel trusses and standing seam roof. Elevations are split-face block, thin-set stone, EIFS, glass storefront, and overhead doors. The owner requests that all subcontractor / supplier inquiries be directed to the GC Bidder. DO NOT contact the owner or architect. All questions should be directed to the bidding GCs.
