Anniston Water Works and Sewer Board - Administration Building

The Project consists of selective demolition and renovations to an existing building located in Annistion, Alabama to house the new administrative offices for the Anniston Water Works and Sewer Board. Demolition consist of demolitions of interior finishes, casework, partitions, electrical and mechanical systems. Renovations include new partition, finishes, casework, signage, roofing, interior and exterior painting, mechanical and electrical work. Repair, seal coat and stripe the existing parking lot is included in the project. A cashiers check or Bid Bond payable to the Anniston Water Works and Sewer Board in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal, but in no event more than $10,000 must accompany the bid. Performance and Statutory Labor and Material Payment Bonds in the amount of one-hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price will be required at the signing of the Contract. The Owner reserves the right to change the schedule or terminate the entire procurement process at any time
