Description

The work involves furnishing all labor, materials, transportation, tools, supplies and equipment necessary to make necessary roadway repairs, which include milling, patching, paving, concrete repairs, water main installation on Norfolk Street and incidental work. Each Bidder must deposit with his Bid, security in the amount of 10% of the bid, subject to the conditions provided in the Instruction for Bidders. The City of Rehoboth Beach reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and make such award as appears most advantageous to the City.
