Description

Consists of the renovation of a horse stable to meet Department requirements. Work will include but not limited to demolition of portions of existing offices and slab, installation of added stable, the extension of portico along with the installation of new overhead doors and other miscellaneous upgrades. Construction of a new roofed pavilion for the relocation of phantom mounts". The planned construction start date is September 30, 2019 with a project duration of thirty (30) days from the Notice to Proceed.
