Greens Prairie Trail Widening Phase 2

Statement of Work: • Removal of Asphalt, subgrade preparation and construction of 43,392 SY of concrete pavement placed by Slip-form method. • Construction of water, force main, illumination and storm sewer • Construction of a traffic signal at Castlegate Drive • Contractor shall coordinate all work, inspections, and approvals with the City of College Station • Project shall comply with the United States Occupational Safety & Health Administration regulations. • Methods & Means of construction shall be compliant with all applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations. This includes obtaining all necessary permits and inspections. • Contractor to adhere to City of College Station construction administration procedures. • Maintain and submit all project records such as record drawings, project manuals, and warranties for approval by the City of College Station. This project shall require expertise in the following construction areas: • Road construction/repair • Placement of Concrete for pavement by Slip Form Method • Utility Construction • Signal modifications & Traffic Control

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
