New Public Works Facility Bid Package #3 - Site Work

Consists of the site work for the “New Public Works Facility – Bid Package #3 – Site Work”, including mass grading, storm water detention, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, 6” water service, installation of HMA parking lot with select concrete pads and perimeter curb and gutter, parking lot lighting, landscaping; as well as widening and urbanization of Maple Street roadway, including earth excavation; installation of aggregate base course, HMA base, binder, and surface courses, storm sewer, curb and gutter, public sidewalk, concrete driveway aprons, street lighting, thermoplastic striping, erosion control measures, and all other appurtenant work.
