Description

1. Site Preparation: a. Fine grade, water and compact existing base of approximately 3,000 sy. b. Construct a 4” compacted hot asphalt pavement on approximately 3,000 sy. 2. Contractor shall furnish with the bid a clear explanation of all materials to be used, as well as the construction process that will be used. 3. Contractor will furnish all materials, labor, and transportation to the worksites. 4. Calumet County Park Department is responsible for permitting, rough site preparation, and finish landscaping.
