West Lifschutz Area Drainage - D05 - City of Buda

Area flooding along south side of Goforth Road in West Lifschutz. Existing drainage system is undersized and in need of general maintenance. Regrade existing ditches at the intersection of Bonita Vista Drive and Goforth Rd. Upgrade drainage ditch beside the eastern pond along Reyna Lane. Install (2) 18" RCP's at Bonita Vista Drive to convey water from western ditch. Install (3) 8'x4' RCB's at the northeast corner of the eastern pond under Goforth and grade channel downstream to convey water to existing drainage ditch. Project is subject to a development agreement with private developer. The project is included in the city's 2023-2027 capital improvement plan (CIP). As of January 6, 2023, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
