As of April 12, 2023, the project has been awarded and construction is expected to commence May 1, 2023, however, a timeline for completion has not been confirmed. Bids will be on the basis of unit prices as listed on the Bid Form, and may only be submitted using the ebidding system. The approximate quantities of major items of work are as follows: 7,000 Syd Cold milling 865 Tons HMA 500 Syd Concrete pavement repairs 185 Ft 12inch water main Valves, Hydrants, Fittings, Restoration, and all appurtenant work. This project will be entirely funded by the City of Zeeland; no federal or state grants are involved. All Proposals shall be made in accordance with the Bidding Documents. A Proposal Guarantee payable to the City of Zeeland, in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, must accompany the Proposal in accordance with the Information for Bidders.
