Minisink Drive Stormwater and Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Project

CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 1/5/2023 4:00 PM The Project consists of, but is not limited to, excavating, removing and/or abandoning in place existing stormwater and sanitary sewer piping, manholes, and appurtenances, excavating, providing and installing approximately 700-feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer PVC pipe, 5 manholes, appurtenances, fittings, sewer laterals, cleanouts, and connect to existing sewer collection system; excavating, providing and installing approximately 50-feet of 30-inch x 19-inch concrete elliptical stormwater pipe, endwalls, trash screens, and appurtenances; excavating, providing and installing approximately 50-feet of 2-feet x 5-feet concrete box culvert, endwalls, trash screens, and appurtenances; excavating and installing stormwater basins; roadside channels and liners, backfilling, compacting, soil testing, providing and installing bypass pumping (as required), pipeline and manhole testing, erosion and sedimentation controls, traffic control, and site restoration. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Arrowhead Lake Community Association hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to refuse and reject any or all bids submitted, and also reserves the right to waive any informality in bids received and select any bid of its choosing. Except as otherwise provided by law, no bidder may withdraw his bid for sixty (60) days after the Bid Due Date, unless the contract award is delayed by a required approval of a government agency, the sale of bonds, or the award of a grant or grants, in which case the Bids shall remain open to acceptance and shall be irrevocable for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days after the Bid Due Date.

Division 33 -	Utilities, Instrumentation and Control for Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Disinfecting of Water Utility Distribution, Water Utility Storage Tanks, Storm Drainage Utilities, Ponds and Reservoirs.
Division 35 -	Waterway and Marine Construction, Shoreline Protection, Waterway Construction and Equipment.
