| Description | The work to be bid upon is described as follows: Install 4 x 6’ precast sanitary manholes. Install 257 LF 24” PVC gravity sanitary line. Install 167 LF 36” steel casing. Remove 75 LF existing 10” force main (50 LF of which is in 24” steel casing under railroad) and replace with 75 LF 18” HDPE gravity sanitary. Install 1 x 6’ epoxy-lined manhole in Main Street. Reconnect existing 10” force main and 8” gravity sanitary. Bypass pumping/hauling as required for construction. North Interceptor has average flow of 100,000 gpd. |
