| Description | Install 5' wide concrete sidewalk from the intersection of Huntingdon Pike/Philmont Avenue/Welsh Road to SEPTA's Bethayres Train Station. Traffic Signal Modification – The contractor shall include all costs for material, labor and equipment required for the installation of the new pedestrian stub pole and the new ADA compliant pedestrian pushbuttons with latching LED in accordance with PennDOT Publication 408 and TC-8800: Pedestrian Stub Pole, Type B, Painted Black; 2 Inch PVC Conduit; Trench and Backfill; Signal Cable, 14 AWG, 3 Conductor; Pedestrian Push Button; Controller Modifications. Replace Existing Traffic Signal Inductive Loop – The contractor shall include all costs for material, labor and equipment required for the installation of a new 6’X40’ inductive loop, as directed by the engineer. |
