| Description | The City of Westfir is soliciting for an Engineer of Record (City Engineer) to provide engineering services as an independent contractor. City Engineer would be expected to provide "on-demand" engineering services at the request of the City. The City reserves the right to reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public contracting statues, rules and procedures which apply to this solicitation, to waive all informalities, and to reject any and all proposals upon finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
