Rehabilitation and Rejuvenation of Public Roadways / Slurry Seal

Furnishing of all labor, equipment, materials, traffic control, and incidentals as may be required to place approximately 285,000 square yards Type II Polymer Modified Asphalt Emulsion Slurry Seal on certain City streets and parking lots. 18,300 square yards of City's Asphalt walking paths will receive a sealcoat as a part of the scope of work. The project also includes replacing striping and pavement markings on City parking lots after the slurry seal application. The work includes all required labor, material, transportation, public notification, traffic control, and services for the project to complete a usable and operable facility in accordance with all pertinent codes and regulations as necessary to complete the job in a workmanlike manner.
