Westmoreland Heritage Trail Phase 4 Extension - Construction

The project is located within downtown Export, starting at Lincoln Avenue and extending eastward along Turtle Creek and includes construction of approximately 750 linear feet of multiuse rail-trail and the designation of space for parking. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: installation and removal of erosion and sedimentation controls, selective demolition, clearing & grubbing, layout earthwork, grading for positive drainage, adjustment at existing light poles and associated electrical work, conduit installation, relocation/removal of existing signs, construction of multi-use rail-trail base and limestone dust paving, construction of cement concrete sidewalk, curbing, and ADA-compliant parking, placement of gravel for parking, installation of post-mounted signs and trail delineators, placement of topsoil, and seeding all disturbed earth surfaces, removal and/or installation of pavement markings, and other items as defined in the contract documents and as shown on the contract drawings.

Division 35 -	Waterway and Marine Construction, Shoreline Protection, Waterway Construction and Equipment.
