Grant and Main Replacement Project Administration

PGW seeks proposals for services in various categories described herein, to be provided on an as-needed basis to support pgw's main replacement program and grant funding. Proposals shall provide demonstrated expertise and experience in the category or categories for which a proposer submits a proposal, with demonstrated knowledge of applicable codes, laws and regulations. Proposers may elect to submit proposals for any number of categories. PGW may, in its sole discretion, award contracts to multiple proposers within each category, to one proposer in multiple categories, to one proposer in each category, and any variation thereof or otherwise. Contracts will be negotiated with successful, qualified proposer(s) in each category.
