Interim trail along Bill Kennedy Way, between Gibson Street and Glenwood Avenue in Southeast Atlanta. construction of a buffered multi-use path including, but not limited to, sidewalk demolition, installation of concrete medians, barriers and planters, roadway milling and paving, re-striping of new and existing roadways, installation of new signage, signal timing and striping for a pedestrian scramble phase and shifting of existing traffic signal heads.
