Description

The City of Plymouth is working with the Shingle Creek Watershed Management Organization to improve water quality and drainage within the Palmer Creek Estates neighborhood. This project is located north of 51st Avenue from Larch Lane to the existing railroad track right-of-way. The project site has an open water pond/wetland, stream improvements, and channel improvements within the project area. The project would improve drainage in the area, reduce erosion in the stream/channels and improve water quality in Bass Lake. It a certified check or bid bond payable to the City of Plymouth in the amount of five [5] percent of the bid as a guarantee the bidder will enter into a contract with the City of Plymouth in accordance with the terms of the bid, in case the bidder is awarded the contract.
