| Description | Contractor must provide all material, equipment, and labor to reconstruct a recreational trail located South of Route 3 on the powerlines starting at 44.39267, 69.54073 approximately 40 yards in distance and marked by Club Members. Work consists of reconstruction of a recreational ATV trail Removing Mud Mats and install a 30" culvert fill with gravel the area near Covered Bridge heading North. The work must be completed prior to Line Item 0003, if Line Item 0003 is funded. All construction will meet the requirements of BPL Off Road Vehicle Division Pamphlet: Maine Motorized Trail Construction and Maintenance Manual, dated May 2011. The new trail will be built on or next to the existing route and will be 8 feet wide with an additional cleared area of 2 feet on each side and all growth will be cleared 12 feet high over the trail area. |
