Description

The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, bonds, insurance, including taxes, overhead & profit to perform all operations necessary and required for the replacement of ties including but not limited to: remove timber and composite ties and install concrete ties, installation of gravel for a road, removal and installation of asphalt walkways, installation of asphalt pads, and remove and reinstall a sidewalk and associated rail crossing in accordance with the specifications, drawing s and the terms & conditions of the proposed Contract for the firm fixed unit pr ices shown in the Bid Tab.
