Description | Storage to Laundry Room Conversion Project The Jicarilla Apache Housing Authority ("JAHA") is accepting written proposals from qualified businesses or individuals to provide Storage to Laundry Room Conversion Services for JAHA Location of Property: Lower Rivertown Pumphouse Rd, Dulce, NM 87528 Project Description: 1. Electrical Wire and install new receptacles for washer and dryer plug ins. 2. Pluming Install waste drain, venting, and water service connections. Scope of Work: Contractor shall provide all material and equipment necessary to complete job. Wire and install new receptacles for washer and dryer plug ins. Install water service connections, waste drain, and venting for washer/dryer. Contractor is required to provide warranty for the workmanship for twelve (12) months from the date of completion of the project. All work completed shall be done according to IRC standards. Contractor will ensure that all equipment used during the project is in safe operating condition and all personnel on the job site will be given the appropriate safety equipment. JAHA reserves the right to stop all work if and unsafe conditions are found. Work area shall be cleaned of all debris at the end of each work week. JAHA Planning & Development staff will perform on-site inspections during work. The work to be performed under the Contract is on a project subject to Jicarilla Apache Nation Ordinance No. 2002-O-657-11, Indian Preference in Contracting and Employment, as may be amended from time to time. All entities submitting proposals and claiming Indian Preference must include documentation from the Nation showing that they are Indian-owned. In addition to the Nation's Indian Preference requirements, the successful proposer must comply with the Copeland Act Requirements (29 CFR Part 3); 2 CFR Part 200 Certifications and HUD requirements related to reporting, patent rights, and/or copyrights and other rights to data; HUD procurement regulations; the JAHA Procurement Policy; and all other applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Proposals shall be submitted in triplicate in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Proposal for Storage to Laundry Room Conversion Project" * Note: E-mail proposals are acceptable at memanwell@jaha1.org proposals not received by that time and date will be rejected. JAHA reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any and all deficiencies. |
