The scope of services is included in the construction drawings and project manual, but in general will consist of the addition of a de/humidification unit with an associated outdoor condensing unit, associated piping, and framing modifications to accommodate for the new unit and piping. There will also be an associated filtration system. The main unit will occupy the ceiling space just outside of the archive space, utilizing existing ductwork for air distribution. Control modifications will be required to incorporate existing hydronic heating around the perimeter walls of the archives space. Primary piping tie-ins will occur in the steam tunnel below the archive space and stair landing.
