Breathitt County High School Coliseum Balcony Replacement and Art Room Renovation

Work of the Project includes removal of the existing concrete cast in place Coliseum entrance balcony, stairs, railing and aluminum canopy system and replacement with new cast in place balcony, steel stair risers and precast treads, new steel railings, new structural steel supports, paint finish and prefabricated aluminum canopy. Also included in the scope of the work is the mandatory Alt #1 for the renovation of the existing Art Room in the lower level of the Fairce Woods Coliseum, and which includes a new sump pump, slab trenching and repair, polishing of existing concrete floor, demolition of abandoned MEP/Elec components not scheduled for reuse, new plumbing, new casework and a small area of new metal stud and gypsum walls, new doors and frames and paint system throughout.
