Water and Sanitary Pipe Install at Jessup Correctional Institute (JCI)

Contractor to furnish and install 1" water pipe and underground 4" sanitary pipe lines to a new intake trailer at Jessup Correctional Institute (JCI) located at 7800 House of Correction Road, Jessup, Maryland 20794. The work will be completed within sixty (60) days of award and requires a one (1) year warranty for all work, including parts and labor. As part of the determination to be considered responsive, the Bidder must document in its Bid that it satisfies the following Minimum Qualifications: a. The Bidder shall be licensed and insured in the State of Maryland for all types of work referenced in Section 1.7, Scope of Work. b. The bidder shall be registered as a business for a minimum of three (3) years. Outside of this meeting bidders will have the opportunity to submit additional questions in writing only.
