Description

Contractor shall remove and dispose of one existing 2 ton package unit and two 5 ton split systems. The contractor shall install one new 2 ton package heat pump with thermostat. The contractor shall install two 5 ton split system Heat pumps with new condensers, air handlers ,Thermostats, line sets and condensate pumps The new equipment shall match the existing equipment voltage and phase. The contractor shall supply new conduit and power wire from the disconnect box or panel to the new unit. The contractor shall install new18 gauge thermostat wire as needed. All duct work shall be sealed with mastic.
