Description

Building Automation Controls Installation/Repair on Honeywell Spyder/Tridium Control Systems (JOC) - Contractor must carry and provide appropriate licenses and/or manufacturer certifications to work on Honeywell Spyder/Tridium Control Systems. Contractor must be experienced in installation and/or repair of communications LAN for computerized building automation systems (BAS). Use only factory trained and cetified personnel to perform installation / repair and service. Must be manufacturer cetified and be able to work on hardware and software. Contractor must be able to perform repairs to wiring and / or fiber optics according to industry standards. Must be knowledgeable in all aspects of LAN requirements for BAS such as lightning protection and grounding requirements.
