Grocery Outlet Site Development and New Shell Building

The project consists of a new 16,456 SF Grocery Outlet Shell Building with the related-On Site and Off-Site Improvements for a +/- 3.18-acre jobsite located at Hwy 101 and 17th St. Southeast in Bandon, Oregon. Timeline for the project is estimated to be 6 Months, (180) Calendar Days, with an estimated start date in Early April 2023. The new interior Tenant Improvement for the new Grocery Outlet will be bid out separately from this project and at a later date. The intent is for the two projects to run concurrently with the tenant improvement finishing later than the shell. Building Plumbing & Electrical Services: The City of Bandon requires that the Building Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing permits be obtained by the appropriate licensed Subcontractors for the work. Selected Electrical, Plumbing and Mechanical Subcontractors will be required to submit plans included in the drawings for permits for their related scopes of work. This will be the same requirement for the Tenant Improvement Project that bids later.
