The Port of Portland is midway through a multi-year, multiple phase project to expand and renovate the Portland International Airport ("PDX" or "Airport") which will change and reshape the concessions program throughout the airport. The Port anticipates the need to utilize the Services to advise on best practices, approaches, and/or future business terms in furtherance of the Port's award-winning program.
