Description

Construction services for renovating cafeteria food lines at the following campuses: (1) Decker Middle School, 8104 Decker Lane, Austin, TX 78724, (2) Manor Middle School 12900 Gregg Manor Road, Manor, TX 78653, and (3) Manor High 12700 Gregg Manor Road, Manor, TX 78653. The selected firm will provide a full range of construction services for Kitchen Serving Lines Improvements, including: Collaborating with selected architects from design renderings for each campus receiving repair or replacement. Developing a detailed plan of construction, including building materials being used. Providing an overall timeline for the project. Presenting information to the Superintendent or Board, as requested. In addition, providing biweekly updates and daily communications with the District or its designee.
