Trott Avenue Regional Stormwater Pond BMI No. 0W1.131187 The work includes the construction of approximately: 8650 CU YD COMMON EXCAVATION (P) 23 LIN FT 18" RC PIPE CULVERT, CL III, DES 3006 82 LIN FT 24" RC PIPE CULVERT, CL III, DES 3006 1 ACRE TURF ESTABLISHMENT 3760 SQ YD ROLLED EROSION PREVENTION CAT 20 4800 GAL RAPID STABILIZATION METHOD 3 together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. A Proposal Bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of City of Willmar shall accompany each bid. COMPLETION OF WORK: All work under the Contract must be complete by 06/01/2024. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract to other than the lowest bidder if, in their discretion, the interest of the Owner would be best served thereby.
