Repair East & West Lean To Roof B187

The Work of the Project includes the following repairs and upgrades to F187 to improve the sustainability and quality of life for the occupants and incidental related work. Repair the foundation grade beam at the southwest corner of the facility. Replace the entire roof of the facility, including all lean-to areas, the valley gutter, and the rain leaders. Repoint select areas of the exterior CMU wall where necessary. Remove all flaking and loose paint and repaint exterior face of facility. Repair the slope of the earth directly along the western exterior wall. Repair the rain guards along the western exterior wall. Repair exterior window seals and caulking. Repair exterior door seals and sweeps. Repaint exterior doors and frames. Repair exterior doors in the south lean-to. Repair the mezzanine railing to meet OSHA requirements. Update exit signs to comply with current life safety codes. Update the electrical panels. Update lighting in the shop (high bay) area to LED lights. Update lighting in smaller rooms to LED lights.
