| Description | The contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment and labor necessary to ensure that custodial services are performed in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance. The Contractor shall provide Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) to the Point of Contact for the stations in accordance with the conformance standards. All disinfectants used in the cleaning of the facility will be Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) approved. All cleaning agents used must be clearly labeled. Contractor must have at least one person on staff who is trained/qualified to clean bio- hazardous materials, including human and Service/Emotional Support Animals bodily fluids and waste. |
