Multi-Use Baseball Diamond at Scioto Township Park

THE SCIOTO TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES DELAWARE COUNTY, OHIO FOR A MULTI-USE BASEBALL DIAMOND The Scioto Township Board of Trustees (Board) is seeking Sealed Bids from qualified contractors with respect to the project for the construction of a multi-use baseball diamond at the Scioto Township Park paid for with funds secured from the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021. Bid packages can be arranged to be picked up at 3737 Ostrander Road Ostrander, Ohio 43061 upon request by calling Trustee Doug Loudenslager at 740-666-3014 Ext. 101. The bid package shall also be posted on the Board website. Any questions on the specifics of the project should be submitted in writing to Trustee Doug Loudenslager at dloudenslager@sciototownshipohio.com. All bids shall be sent via a nationally recognized and reputable overnight courier, return receipt requested to the following address: 3737 Ostrander Road Ostrander, Ohio 43061 Attn: Trustee Doug Loudenslager. The Board reserves the right to select the bidder deemed to have submitted the lowest and best bid, as determined solely by the Board; to reject any and/and all bids, or any portion of any and/or all bids; to waive informalities or irregularities that do not affect the substance of the Specifications and contents of the Bids; and to award a contract in the manner deemed to be in the best interest of the Board. The Bond shall provide for a 100% guarantee that the bidder provides services as to the specifications of the bid. Estimated total project cost: $90,000.00.
