Description | Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Trustees, Independent School District of Boise City, 8169 W Victory Rd, Boise, Idaho for the following School Maintenance projects: Interior Repaint Roosevelt Elementary 908 E. Jefferson St., Boise, ID Pre-bid conference February 17, 2023 at 9:00 am Bids Due Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at 2:00 pm Exterior Re-Paint Hillside Jr. High School 3536 W. Hill Rd., Boise, ID Pre-bid conference February 17, 2023 at 11:00 am Bids Due Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at 2:10 pm Interior Repaint Lowell Elementary 1507 N. 28th St., Boise, ID Pre-bid conference February 17, 2023 at 1:30 pm Bids Due Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at 2:20 pm Bids will be accepted at the District Purchasing Office at 8169 W. Victory Rd., Boise, Idaho 83709 and will be opened and read aloud following the closing time for receipt of bids. Bidders and others properly interested are invited to be present at bid opening. Project Manuals are available by contacting the District Purchasing Office as noted below: Boise School District Office 8169 W Victory Rd. Boise, Id 83709 208-854-4000 scott.engum@boiseschools.org No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled time for receipt of bids unless the award of contract is delayed for a period exceeding sixty (60) days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive any informalities, or to accept the bid or bids deemed best for the Independent School District of Boise City. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check on an Idaho Bank, or bid bond, with Idaho State Licensed Surety Company, as surety, in an amount not less than 5% of the total bid, made payable to the Independent School District of Boise City. This surety shall be forfeited by the bidder in the event of failure to sign the contract or furnish the necessary 100% Payment and Performance Bond. Bidders shall be licensed in the State of Idaho, in accordance with provisions of an act known as "Public Works Contractor's State License Law, Title 54, Chapter 19, Idaho Code Amended". The term "Public Works Contractors" includes the general, sub. or specialty contractor.
