2019 Purchase Only and/or Purchase Install of Exterior Township Neighborhood and Park Signs

1. Cherry Hill Township is seeking proposals to replace exterior Township neighborhood and park signs. The Township wishes to maintain the current sign design and style of each ‘standard’ and ‘custom’ sign. The vendor shall be responsible for locating each custom sign and submitting a price to replace the individual structure 100%. 2. The work within this bid shall be for the installation or repair of various signs throughout the community. The proposal will allow the vendor to provide prices for a complete installation of a new sign (manufacturing and installation) and then prices for the repair and restoration of existing signs whose conditions are such that a percentage of the sign materials may be refurbished. The pricing for the restoration shall be based on a predetermined percentage of 25%, 50%, or 75% of the bid price for a replacement sign. The vendor shall provide these percentage values to each of the identified signs within the program; therefore, the vendor must visit the location of each sign after it is identified for partial or total replacement. 2.
