Homeowner On-Site Septic System

Project will provide sanitation facilities to a private home owned by a member of the Quinault Tribe, located on trust land in Taholah, WA on the Quinault Reservation. The proposed system consists of solid sewer pipe with a clean out, a two-compartment concrete septic tank, a concrete pump chamber, pump and controls, sewer force main transport pipe, and a sand mound drain field with three distribution lateral pipes. All excavation and backfill to be included in costs. Contractor is responsible for utility locates and necessary permits. Contractor must be a licensed septic installer in the state of Washington. The septic system installation shall include: - Mobilization and Demobilization - Installation of approximately 15 linear feet of 4-inch SDR 35 PVC solid sewer pipe - Installation of one underground double-sweep cleanout - Installation of a 1,150-gallon concrete septic tank - Installation of a 1,150-gallon concrete pump chamber - Installation of approximately 60 linear feet of 1.5-inch Schedule 40 PVC effluent transport line - Installation of a sand mound drain field
