Description

The contractor shall clean three, 12,000 gallon grease interceptors and, two, 6,000 gallon interceptors once per quarter located at FCC Florence 5880 State Hwy 67 south Florence, CO 81226. Cleaning will consist of the following: contractor must remove all solid waste from each of the 12,000, and 6,000 gallon interceptors. No grease or solids may be left on the walls, floors, or ceilings at the end of the cleanings. All disposals must be manifested and disposed of at a Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) approved facility. Contractor may enter the interceptor using OSHA- mandated "Confined Space Entry" equipment. Local Safety Department confined space permits and policies shall be filled out and followed. All contractor staff shall be trained in confined space entry prior to entering the interceptors.
