Replace Doors

Furnish labor, materials and services necessary to replace the steel double doors and frame at Arlington Court Development, 1633 N. Arlington Place, Milwaukee, 53202, per the following scope: Demolition and removal of existing double door and frame (approximately 6' wide by 7' tall), and all hardware, serving the stairwell on the first floor of the building. Dispose of all material offsite. Replace door and frame system to match existing. Provide and install door, frames, continuous gear hinges, closing hardware, door plates, door sweeps, and exit hardware. Protect interior of the building from any construction dust and clean up all areas affected. Steel doors and frames to be primed by the manufacturer, then finished with two finish coats of oil based paint to match existing color. Exterior sealants to match finish paint. Repair any damaged areas associated with the demolition and installation of the new door and frames to provide a finished product that is weathertight. Remove all construction waste and dispose offsite. Contractor will be held liable for any damage caused to the building and ancillary structure, and/or injury to the occupants resulting from the execution of the work or from not exercising proper precautionary protective measures. Any cost of repair/replacement resulting from damages shall be at the contractor's expense.
