Description

For construction of the Landfill Cell 5B. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days. Project Scope: Provide all labor, materials, equipment, for the construction of MSW landfill described as Cell No. 5B. Construction will include earthwork, erosion control, composite liner construction, protective cover and leachate collection system, storm water and a perimeter access road. Time allotted for completion of work is 150 consecutive calendar days Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, to re-advertise, and/or to award the contract in the best interest of the City.
