Light Fixture Replacement at Multiple Schools

The replacement of corridor light fixtures as follows: - Van Derveer Elementary School: Approximately 213 fixtures o - Somerville Middle School: Approximately 158 fixtures (excluding Gym Light fixtures already purchased by the Somerville School District) - Somerville High School: Approximately 195 fixtures. Emergency Lighting and ceiling replacement excluded. The Contractor and Somerville School District will be responsible for providing the required supporting documentation to TRC by November 5, 2021for final completion approval. FVHD will work with the School District and contractor to coordinate necessary information (e.g. approved submittals, payment applications, etc.). We consider this capital maintenance - ordinary repair and therefore it is our assessment that it would not be required to be sent to the NJDOE. We anticipate this project to be submitted to the local building department for permits. Project to be funded by Capital Reserve Funds /Surplus
