Description | The project calls for a 194 unit mid-rise structure on the 1.76 acre lot with resident parking, an outdoor pool, a club room, and co-working spaces. Studio, one, two, and three bedroom units would be available for rent. Project formerly known as Teller Street Multifamily Project As of April 6, 2023, Doran Builders Group has advised that they will be releasing this project for bid on Friday, April 14, 2023. They are the owner, developer, architect, and general contractor for our projects, including Belmar. There will be bid work scopes included as part of the bid package, which must be followed and acknowledged when submitting a proposal. There will be a milestone schedule included in the bid package. Approximate start date is December 2023. Wood framing to start Q3/Q4 of 2024. Finishes middle of 2025. There will be a site logistics plan included in the bid package which will give a high level overview of the site and show the site constraints. General Information: 7 level building, 3 levels of post-tension (PT) concrete and 4 levels of wood framing.
