Description

The project consists of demolition, utility termination, disposal of materials, backfill, and site restoration of various residential structures within the City, as part of the annual program. Bids will be received for a single prime contract, as indicated on the Bid Form. Bids received after the scheduled closing time for the reception of bids will be returned unopened to the bidders. All contracts for the construction of public works projects are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12). The City of Jerseyville reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
