Description

Site improvements for Geary Park and Wanda Park include the following: Geary Park improvements will include: earth moving and shaping; installation of concrete pathways; installation of concrete headers; installation of concrete furniture pads; installation of fitness equipment furnished by Owner; backfill and fine grading; and tree planting. Contractor will coordinate with Owner to allow water line installation; installation of water fountain and site furniture; placement of exercise area surfacing; and turf restoration. Wanda Park improvements will include: earth moving and shaping; installation of concrete pathways; installation of concrete headers; installation of concrete furniture pads; electrical work; irrigation; subgrade prep and backfill in planting areas; fine grading. Contractor will coordinate with Owner to allow utility work; installation of pavilion structure; installation of water fountain and site furniture; installation of trees; and turf restoration.
