Sealed bids will be received by Prospect Borough, Butler County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 4/27/2023 4:00 PM Equipment and Services to be provided shall be according to the specifications which are on file at the office of KLH ENGINEERS, INC., 5173 Campbells Run Road, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, 15205, and at the Prospect Borough office, 159 Monroe Street, Prospect, PA 16052. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the time of the opening of the bids. Contractor shall submit an E-Verify Program Verification in compliance with the Public Works Employment Verification Act 127 of 2012. Prospect Borough fully complies with the provisions of this act. All qualified bidders are invited to submit a proposal. Prospect borough council reserves the right to award or to reject any and/or all portions thereof proposals submitted, and to waive informalities in the bidding process if in the best interest of the authority.
